Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated as Free Shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can track the status of your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 states within the USA. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping possibilities.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but this is not guaranteed.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we may evaluate the issue with our fulfillment partners to make it right. Please provide us with proof of payment and photos of the damages to resolve the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us. We will initiate a lost package claim with the carrier.
General Returns
Returns for food, cosmetic, or personal care items are not accepted due to the product nature. Only under specific circumstances will returns be considered, as detailed below in this policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
In the unlikely occurrence of receiving an incorrect item, we have a 14-day return policy on unopened products. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with labels and original packaging intact.
To request an exchange, please contact us to begin the exchange process. You will need to verify your receipt or proof of purchase, along with the reason for your return request.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
In the unlikely event of a damaged item, we have a 14-day refund policy. To be eligible for a full refund, please contact us to begin the refund process. You will need to verify your receipt or proof of purchase, along with the reason for your refund request.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please consider additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refunded amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
